    • Yes, we would be happy to offer a complimentary 10-minute phone consultation, to ensure that we are the best fit for you.

  • Do I need a referral to begin Physical Therapy?

    • Effective June 1, 2024:

      • No

      • An individual seeking treatment for physical therapy services, who is paying cash, shall have direct access without restriction.

  • Will my insurance cover my visits?

    • While we do not accept insurance payments directly, our team is happy to assist with determining if your insurance policy has out-of-network coverage. 

  • How much time will I spend with the Physical Therapist?

    • Our patients spend approximately 60 minutes with the Physical Therapist, 1-on-1.

  • Will I see the same Physical Therapist every visit?

    • Yes, there are no exceptions! We believe it is important that we maintain continuity of care, to best serve our patients. 

  • What methods of payment are acceptable?

    • Cash

    • Credit/Debit Card

    • Flexible Spending Accounts

    • Health Savings Account

    • Other: Apple Pay, Cashapp, Venmo

  • What is included in individual and package pricing?

    • We will provide essential equipment for each visit.

    • We are happy to recommend vendors for additional items, if our patients are interested in purchasing those.

  • What should I wear to PT?

    • Clothing that will allow your Physical Therapist to access the appropriate areas (i.e. a t-shirt and/or shorts).
